Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions are asked while you cancel but we would highly appreciate if you give us some feedback.

Does the Unifi Mobile app work with your illumiFi?

Absolutely! Our service works well with the Unifi app on both iOS and Android devices.

Can I change my server location?

Yes, absolutely! We are finalising the option to change your servers cloud region, currently we support the US and UK, however we're looking to add many more regions.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! We enable you to choose your own sub-domain name meaning your url will be prefixed like this: yoursubdomain.illumifi.io. In our roadmap we will soon be enabling the use of anfull domain names for our pro plan members. Our estimate for this to be available is mid 2024.Yes! Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan easily?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan from standard or downgrade from pro at any time, just visit the 'manage account' section from the dashboard in your IllumiFi account. Your server will be temporarily offline whilst we make the change (approx. 5 minutes). No connected devices will be affected during this server transition.

How do you keep the Controllers secure?

On top of the regular updates we carry out to the servers, we apply an intrusion prevention service which limits multiple attempted login attempts and blocks the offending IP addresses for a period of time. We also apply firewall rules across our Web Application Firewall service that we use from both AWS and Cloudflare. We offer guidance on you setting up the MFA for your unifi controller, (this is completed at unifi.ui.com with your Unifi account). MFA is also strongly recommmended to be set up on your illumifi account.
